for drama school applicants

what we offer

Auditioning for drama schools can be a daunting, baffling and stressful process. It can feel like many of the top drama schools are shrouded in mystery and with the number of applications far outweighing the number of places, audition success can seem like an impossible task.

We are here to help demystify the whole process and to give you the confidence to enjoy the journey and let your individuality shine through on audition days. The audition panel want to see you and everything that makes you unique, it really is that simple.

In our 1:1 sessions for drama school applicants, together we will choose speeches that are right for you and supply you with all the tools you’ll need to connect to the scene and character and to captivate the panel. We will make sure you feel comfortable and assured performing classical text. We can work on your initial self tape, sight reading, acting through song, duologues and any other audition requirements that may be asked of you.

Together we will make sure you are excited for the next audition, confident in your ability, relaxed enough to be your authentic self and ready to see some results.

why us?

a different outlook

Rebecca is a LAMDA BA graduate and has sat on the panel for drama school auditions, so has a unique perspective on what makes a successful, memorable audition.

When an applicant really connects with their chosen speech and feels relaxed enough to be themselves in an audition, that’s when the magic happens. We can help you get there.

a playful approach

The audition process can be gruelling and some schools have three or four rounds. We want to make sure your chosen speeches feel alive and fresh each time.

With our sessions you won’t be stuck in a pattern or unable to take redirection, together we will do the work that allows you to be so confident in your character, lines and scene that you are able to PLAY in the audition room and keep your imagination active.

audition = opportunity

We will aim to undo those preconceived ideas of what a drama school audition ‘should’ be like, and reframe it in a way that allows you to feel calm and confident. Allowing the panel to see the creative individual you are.

Auditions should feel fun and exciting, it’s a chance to do what you love, act!
